These enhancements are available on all Dropbox plans. We’ve also significantly improved background functionality for faster, more reliable uploads and now support uploads from specific albums and additional file types, including live photos, bursts, and edits (iOS only). All users, including those on the Basic plan, can now back up photos and videos automatically with camera uploads. We’ve enhanced camera uploads functionality and availability to help more users keep their photos safe and organized.

File conversion eliminates the need to open a file in another application, change the format, then save the new version to Dropbox. Using file conversion helps users save time by converting file formats, including PDFs and images, without leaving Dropbox.
